Every order is packed with care and shipped from our studio in Shanghai, China.

Processing time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized items (like engraved ID tags) may take 1–2 extra days, since each one is made just for your cat.

Shipping time

• United States & Canada: approximately 7–12 business days
• Other countries: approximately 7-15 business days
• Expedited commercial shipping services are available for the U.S. and Canada: 5–8 business days.

All orders include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
