About our products

What materials do you use? Our pieces are made with quality materials chosen for comfort and durability — including hypoallergenic stainless steel hardware and soft, skin-friendly collar materials. Details are listed on each product page.

Are your products safe for cats? Yes. We design with your cat's comfort in mind. As with any accessory, we recommend supervising your cat when first introducing a new collar, and checking that it fits comfortably — snug enough to stay on, loose enough for two fingers to slip underneath.

How do I personalize an ID tag? On any engravable product page, just enter your cat's name (and phone number, if you'd like) in the personalization field before adding to cart. We'll hand-finish it just for them.

Sizing

How do I choose the right collar size? Please see our Size Guide for how to measure your cat's neck. When in doubt, email us at hello@thepurrist.com and we'll help.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship from? All orders ship from our studio in Shanghai, China, with tracking included.

How long will my order take? Processing takes 1–3 business days (a little longer for personalized items). Shipping times vary by location — see our Shipping Policy for estimates.

Can I track my order? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

What's your return policy? We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Something's wrong with my order — what do I do? We're so sorry! Email hello@thepurrist.com within 7 days with a photo, and we'll make it right.
