Our promise to you 🐾

We want you and your cat to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.

30-day returns You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Personalized items Because engraved and personalized pieces are made uniquely for your cat, they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty — in which case we'll happily replace them.

How to start a return Email us at hello@thepurrist.com with your order number and a quick note about what you'd like to do. We'll guide you through every step.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with a photo — we'll sort it out right away, no fuss.
